Our physical vouchers can be loaded with any amount from £5 upwards. Because nothing beats holding a tangible gift, every voucher comes handsomely presented and ready to give. They are valid for a full calendar year across our entire menu, so your favourite people can pop by whenever they’d like.

How to Pick Up a Voucher

We like to keep things personal and simple:

Pop In & See Us: Ask any of our team at the counter during your next visit. We will write out your voucher while you wait.

Order by Phone: Give us a ring on 01452 312839. We can process your payment over the phone and have your voucher safely waiting behind the counter for collection, or we can pop it in the post for a small charge.

Good to Know: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be redeemed against any food or drinks at Mister’s Cafe & Bistro. Just bring the original physical voucher with you when dining with us.

Quik & Easy to Start: Simply ask any member of our team for a card on your next visit, pop your name on if, and get your first stamp right away.

Earn as You Go: Stamps are added right at payment, so keep your card handy when paying your bill.

The Fine Print (Made Simple)

Gift Vouchers: Minimum purchase value is £5.00. Vouchers expire 12 months from purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. If your bill is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance stays on your voucher for your next visit before expiry.

Loyalty Scheme: Valid for all hot drinks, iced coffees, iced matcha and iced chai (excludes soft drinks, alcohol, shakes, and smoothies). Chargeable extras like flavoured syrups or extra shots are paid separately. When redeeming your free drink, the lowest-priced qualifying beverage in your round is on us. One completed card redeemed per visit. Cards must be name and cannot be stamped retrospectively.
